DGWM is an independent, interdenominational ministry whose mission is "to take people where they rarely go - to the throneroom of God."

Ministry activities include a worship events ("Oasis" total immersion worship), seminars, workshops and other worship events. DGWM is available for your church event!

The DGWM sound is rooted in its people, who cross musical, geographical and generational lines to put out fun, crazy, passionate worship music.

DGWM has released 2 independent albums of worship; Diamonds and New Day.

Oak River Church
Doug and the team are leading worship on Sundays at Oakriver Church in Solon, OH.  ORC was a mobile church for several years, existing in the Solon Cinemas and the Bertram Conference Center. They now have their own building and their sound system was designed and augmented by DGWM support.

have been actively leading worship teams in different churches and as an independent ministry for more than 20 years. Doug is a licensed minister and heads up the worship team at Oak River Church, Solon, as well as with DGWM in independent events. Rhonda is a bible teacher par excellence and co-pastors both worship teams.

Their combined experience, passion for both God and people, and love of fun and good food have influenced many. Doug & Rhonda will give you both spiritual and practical things to think about and encouragement for your own ministry.

are originally from New Zealand and have been with DGWM since their arrival more than 10 years ago. Peter has years of professional experience in live and recorded sound, stage managing and plays guitar. Karen is a pianist and teacher in the art of listening and hearing. Their practical workshops are fast-paced, challenging and fun. Bring your crayons!
